Procedures for Students with Disabilities

Students with disabilities have full access to our school lunch program. Modification and accommodations are provided as needed. When necessary, persons with disabilities requiring alternative means of communication and physical accessibility or mobility are provided with such services. Signage is present that permits service animals to accompany people on campus.

 

Nondiscrimination Filing procedure for Camptonville Elementary School

To file a complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027), found online at : https://www.ascr.usda.gov/ad-3027-usda-program-discrimination-complaint-form, or come by the office and pick one up, or you may pick one up at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provider in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
